can i return my order?

Yes – we accept returns on unopened packets within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.

Due to the consumable nature of our patches and for hygiene purposes we can’t accept returns on any packets that have been opened.  If there is a problem with the product itself, once opened, we will absolutely offer a replacement or refund. 

how do i return my feelings?

Contact us at hello@beginfeeling.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you return instructions. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or faulty.

what if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

send us an email to hello@beginfeeling.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out immediately for you.
